"Basic Testing" Includes all of the following tests and treatment (when applicable) for one payment of $25:

• Pregnancy Test
• Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)
• Chlamydia
• Gonorrhea
• HIV
• Mucopurulent Cervicitis (MPC)
• Non-Gonococcal Urethritis (NGU)
• Syphilis
• Trichomoniasis (trich)
• Yeast Infection

"Additional Testing" is available for an additional cost per test of infection :

• Pregnancy Test (for those not doing the "Basic Testing") $16
• Hepatitis B Antibody $27
• Hepatitis C Screen $27
• Hepatitis Panel $57
• Herpes Type I $33
• Herpes Type II $32
• Herpes Type I & II $65
