Wichita Bluff to Loop 11 Trail is Officially Open!
The trail connection from Wichita Bluff to Loop 11 is complete and ready for use. The combined distance of the two trails is 1.8 miles.
Circle Trail Connections Available to Businesses

Parks
The Parks Division works diligently to add to the quality of life in Wichita Falls by providing the public with colorfully landscaped medians, aesthetically pleasing parks, an extensive trail system used for running, walking, biking, and rollerblading, and many other beautification and activity projects.
Recreation
Recreation programs include softball, volleyball, kickball, flag football, disk golf, basketball, dance, fitness, special events, senior activities, and more.
Cemeteries
The Cemetery Division maintains four city-owned cemeteries with services including opening and closing graves and facility maintenance. For those who appreciate the history and beauty of cemeteries, Friends of Riverside Cemetery encourages you to obtain a self-guided tour booklet for Riverside Cemetery and enjoy this picturesque and important place of rest.
Lot Mowing
The Vacant Lot Mowing program cooperates with the Parks Department, Property Administration, and Code Enforcement. The program ensures that City and privately owned lots are well maintained for the benefit of surrounding property and business owners.
