Request for a conditional use at 6580 Jacksboro Highway, generally southwest of the intersection of Jacksboro Highway and Rathgeber Road, to allow a recreational vehicle park in a General Commercial(GC) zoning district.
R 25-10 - 2100 & 2226 Airport Drive, and Property ID #107235 & #107232
Proposal to rezone +/- 37.61 acres of land from General Commercial (GC) to Light Industrial (LI) located at 2100 & 2226 Airport Drive (95.825 Acres, Abstract 344 – T. Currey, & 13.35 acres out of the R. Brown Survey, Abstract 522), and +/- 60.87 acres of land from Multi-Family Residential (MFR) to Light Industrial (LI) zoning district located at 2100 Airport Drive, 2226 Airport Drive, Property ID #107232, and Property ID #107235 (95.825 Acres, T. Currey Survey, Abstract 344; and 21.36 acres out of the R. Brown Survey, Abstract 522), and amend the Land Use Plan from High Density Residential to Light Industrial to allow for the construction of a data center.

Proposal to rezone +/- 188.12 acres of land from Single Family -1 (SF-1) to Light Industrial (LI) located at 3901 Wellington Lane (186.88 Acres, Abstract 66, Dembreski) and 5300 Kiel Lane (Lot 7, Block 1, Miller Height Addition), and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial to allow for the construction of a solar array.
