Some facilities may qualify for a
No Exposure Certification (NEC) . To determine if your facility qualifies for an NEC, review the requirements in the NEC Guidance Document. NEC facilities must maintain these requirements at all times. If your facility qualifies for an NEC, you will need to submit a NEC application to TCEQ and send a copy to the City of Wichita Falls.
