Purpose


The Office of Professional Conduct investigates complaints, receives complements, and conducts investigations for the Chief of Police.The Wichita Falls Police Department is dedicated to professionalism maintaining a strict code of conduct. The Citizen Complaint Procedure is outline in the attached brochure. We also welcome recognition for a job well done. The procedures for complimenting an employee are also included in the following information. Input from the public is very important to our department and is always welcome. To report a complaint, compliment, or other incident please fill out a Report of Service Form. The completed form can be turned in at the front desk of the Police Department at 610 Holiday, emailed to OPC@wfpd.net, or faxed to 940-761-6811.
