Bids are now being accepted from businesses and/or individuals to lease reserved parking spots located in the parking garage at 710 7th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas. The garage consists of 44 regular spaces and 3 handicap spaces on the first floor, 107 regular spaces on the second floor, 100 spaces on the third floor and 72 spaces on the fourth floor. Lease terms are available for one year or five years.
Sealed bid packages are available to pick up at City Hall, 1300 7th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, in the Property Administration Office, Room 107, and can also be found at the link provided below. The bid opening will take place at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 in the City Council Chambers. All bids are due by 3:30 PM prior to the bid opening on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. The successful bidder will be able to enter into a lease upon the approval of the 4B Board or its Agent.

The office of Property Administration deals primarily with issues related to real property. They are responsible for property acquisitions, dispositions, City leases, encroachments, easements, right-of-ways, and records research and maintenance. In addition, they represent the City as the Trustee of the approximately 500 City, County and WFISD excess properties that have been foreclosed on for back taxes. As a result, they are responsible for the administration, disposition, and overall maintenance of the properties. The Property Administration Office supervises the Lake Lots and Lien Divisions.
