  1. "Divas Forever" - Artwork by The Divas

    The latest exhibit in the Galleria at the Forum features the artwork of Lawton, OK artists The Divas. The group comprised of students brought together by well-known Medicine Park, OK watercolorist Tom Biggs. Beginning with a painting class in 2014, the students became close-knit and Tome started calling them his "Divas". Since that beginning these artists have expanded their artistic learning, branching out from watercolor to other media across a range of subject matter.

  2. Citizen's Fire Academy

    September 10, 2019, 6:00 PM - October 22, 2019, 9:00 PM @ Public Safety Training Center and the WF Fire Drill Field.

    The WFFD is now taking applications for their Citizen's Fire Academy. This will be a 7-week academy meeting on Tuesday evenings from 6 pm - 9 pm. The dates of the academy are September 10th thru October 22nd with Graduation on Saturday, October 26th. This will be a hands-on and classroom firefighter experience. Participants will learn the entire history of the WFFD from its inception to the present time. Classes will be at the Public Safety Training Center and the WF Fire Drill Field. Dinner will be provided on the first meeting night and on Graduation. Snacks and water will be provided on the other nights.
