The Kemp is the latest exhibit in the What's Up Downstairs? Gallery at the Kemp features the artwork of WFHS art teacher Chris Mayfield. His work reinterprets contemporary pop culture images, focusing on super-heroes and villains and revitalizing them with a painterly approach. As always, exhibits at The Kemp are open to the public free of charge during all open business hours.

Children wishing to visit the library during the summer months will be able to take a bus for free to the library. Any child ages 8 and up can ride the City bus to and from the library for free. Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult, who may also ride to the library without paying a fare. Fare cards are available for pickup at the library. Children will have the back of their fare card stamped as validation that they have visited the library. The event begins May 28th and ends August 23rd, 2019.

Clinic offers FREE Heartworm Test for canines ( When you purchase a 12-month supply of preventative). If you are not purchasing a 12-month supply, P.E.T.S. will offer half-priced testing all month long. For Heartworm testing and medication, vaccinations, and any of their non-surgical services, there's no appointment necessary.
