  4. Oil Painting for Young Adults

    Here's a fun introduction to oil painting for the middle school and high school students. This class is built for the art student who hasn't had a chance to work with oil paint due to class length at their schools. The instructor has her Masters in Fine Arts, Painting, and has led a number of classes for younger artists so that they can try a new medium but still have guidance from an experienced instructor. All Supplies, including brushes, are provided! Registration is for a full month.

    4th in the Falls, presented by the City of Wichita Falls, is excited to announce the Live Concert line up for this year's celebration. This year's Independence Day Celebration will take place at the MPEC. The Live Concert is FREE to the public and will take place on the Northside of the Kay Yeager Coliseum. People are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the concert. Family-friendly activities will also be taking place inside the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall. Food and Beverages available for purchase from food trucks and local vendors. No coolers allowed on the property, this is a smoke-free family event. Fireworks display to commence at 9:30 pm.
