  2. Youth Leadership Food Drive

    The YSO Youth Leadership is hosting a food drive to benefit the local food bank as this year's service project. Kick-off will be April 14 at Natural Grocers. Food Collection boxes are available at Natural Grocers, Odd Duck, Stewart Title and Pilgrim Bank. All donations of non-perishable foods are encouraged. Food boxes will also be available at the Spring Concert. Help our kids help our community!

The purpose of the Clothesline Project is to increase awareness of the impact of violence and to give survivors an avenue for breaking the silence that often surrounds crimes like sexual assault and domestic violence.

  10. Circle Trail Tour 2018!

    The City of Wichita Falls would like to encourage everyone to come out and walk, jog, run, or bike the trail. This FREE event will take place along the 14 continuous miles of The Circle Trail between Lucy Park and Lake Wichita Park. There will be Cheer Stops along the way hosted by organizations providing drinks, snacks, and drawings for prizes! Start at Lucy Park, pick up a passport, and have it stamped at each subsequent cheer stop. Passports that have a stamp from all 14 stops will be entered into a drawing for a Grand Prize.

  16. Step Right Up: A Collection of Circus Works by Mark McDowell

    The "circus" comes to downtown for this fun art exhibition. Arizona artist, Mark McDowell, is traveling to Wichita Falls with his newest collection of work that focuses on the circus. In addition to the work displayed you will find "sideshows" of a puppy kissing booth, face painting and clowns! In the evening, there will be fire-breathing and other human oddities and an opportunity to hear an "artist talk" from Mark McDowell. The kid-friendly event will go from 11:00 am- 4:00 pm and the adult-friendly show will be from 7-pm
