    Beginning- This study is for those who have little or no background in Sign Language. The topics will include a brief study of the history of Sign Language, manual alphabet (finger Spelling), and signs used to communicate with the hearing impaired. Ample time will be given for both receptive and expressive communication practice. Intermediate- This study is for those who have take Sign Language, Beginning. This is a more in depth understanding and learning of Sign Language. Ample time will be given for both receptive and expressive communication practice.

  5. Heart for Hospice Music Event

    Heart for Hospice will feature the Tim May and Steve Smith duo bringing an evening of original, traditional and swing music with mandolinist/vocalist Steve Smith and Nashville guitarist/vocalist Tim May. Smith and May originally met while on staff at Camp Bluegrass in Levelland, Texas and quickly discovered many common musical threads for exploration honoring tradition and improvisation. Their new CD/EP (seven songs) reflects upon this acoustic music force the duo has become. Their shows include tight vocal harmonies, dazzling guitar, mandolin, octave mandolin and twin mandolin works throughout a broad range of styles and includes many original vocal and instrumental works.
