  7. Dynamite Chili Fest Hosted by: Wichita County Sheriff's Office

    Sheriff Duke's Dynamite Chili Fest is an event hosted by the Sheriff's Office Citizen Alumni Association. It will feature a CASI sanctioned Chili Cook-Off, a Jack Pot Bean Cook-off ($10 entry), and a Chili feed by the Rednech Culinary Academy. Bows of chili will be $5 and hot dogs $2.50, plus all the fixin's to match.There will be a 50/50 drawing, silent auction, and country store with a bakery. Bring the whole family kids will enjoy the face painting and games, adults will enjoy the music and auction. All proceeds from this event will go toward the Memorial Project honoring fallen deputies and volunteer firefighters of Wichita County.

  10. Adult Co-Ed 6v6 Outdoor Soccer League

    February 3, 2018, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ City of Wichita Falls Softball Complex

    Coaches, we are hosting an adult 6v6 Co-Ed soccer league. Early registration will begin February 1st and will continue until March 5th. Late registration will begin on March 6th and will continue until March 9th with a $10 per player late fee. Games will begin March 16th and will continue until April 9th. The field will be 150 X 100 feet and small sided goals will be implemented to improve play. The location for the league will be at the Wichita Falls Sports Complex 1702 Sheppard Access Rd. The cost will be $40 per player. Coaches will collect all players money and money will be turned into the Recreation office at 600 11th St. Room 209.
