| Get a Grant The City of Wichita Falls has entered into an agreement with the Wichita Falls Alliance for Arts and Culture to manage and review arts grant disbursement. The WFAAC will manage the application process, produce final reports and evaluations, provide technical assistance and promotional support and work to increase participation in the program.
